These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at mdmcontracting.ca (the "Site") operated by MDM Group Inc., operating as MDM Contracting ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MDM Contracting provides general contracting, electrical contracting, telecommunications infrastructure, custom millwork, and residential construction services in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. Information on our Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

Any quotes, estimates, or pricing information provided through our contact form or during consultations are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. A formal written contract must be signed by both parties before any work commences. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

All construction projects are governed by the specific contract agreed upon between MDM Contracting and the client. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented through a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs resulting from change orders will be communicated before work proceeds.

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Ontario law. MDM Contracting reserves the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments beyond the agreed terms.

All content on this Site — including text, images, photographs, logos, and design elements — is the property of MDM Group Inc. or used with permission. Project photographs displayed in our portfolio are owned by MDM Contracting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

MDM Contracting operates under all required Ontario licenses and certifications, including ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) licensing, WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) compliance, Tarion registration for new home construction, and full commercial liability insurance. Copies of our current licenses and insurance certificates are available upon request.

While we make every effort to ensure the information on our Site is accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. MDM Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or reliance on information provided herein. Our liability for construction services is governed by the specific terms of each project contract.

Warranty terms for completed projects are specified in individual project contracts. For new home construction, warranty coverage is provided through the Tarion Warranty Corporation as required by Ontario law. All electrical work is warranted in accordance with ESA standards and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
